This diet would only work if you didn't have a job and had never went anywhere out to eat the rest of your life. Sorry Ian, love ya on the show! One week after starting the diet, I had NO energy, felt lethargic all day long. Of COURSE you'll loose weight eating nothing but fruits and vegetables.
