I think it depends why you wanna listen to this CD. Its more of a supporting your emotions or encouraging yourself material. I am currently havaing lots of activities going on around me and going through lots of ups and downs so this was not a bad choice to listen for me. But it is not exactly a guide for a person who is looking for empowerment.
