This audio could have been a LOT better if there was a visual included with the CD of the presentation matieral covered. The speaker was boring to listen to, but did talk about important topics of PM. However, there was a lot of pauses and flips to presentation material, which cannot be seen when listening to the cd. Of well....it's only about 40 minutes long, so not that much of a waste of time....
