"Human beings have the unique ability to compress a lifetime of stress into every passing moment," says Dr. Martin Rossman. When we worry, he teaches, the body prepares for "fight or flight," putting in motion a chain of physiological effects that can leave us exhausted, depressed, or physically ill. Anxiety Relief shows listeners how to reverse these debilitating effects through relaxing, rejuvenating guided imagery techniques Dr. Rossman has prescribed to thousands challenged by stress. One information-packed CD session includes: deep body-mind relaxation; the inner wisdom dialogue; and the "worry warrior" technique for converting fear and worry into positive energy.

The 3rd track and 2nd of 3 different meditatations is amazing. It is about 18 minutes long and every time helps me release all stress.

Fantastic book! This is one of the only successful tools I have found that genuinely helps me to relieve any anxiety that I might be having. Not recommended for commute listening, as it helps me fall into a relaxed sleep every time I listen to it.

Voice was very relaxing. I would listen at night and fall asleep to it, but I'm not sure that's what it's suppose to do! Hopefully I got something out of it subliminally!
