Decent

I have mixed feelings about this book. On one hand it was an interesting story but could have been told better. By this I mean the author's style makes it seem like a documentary at times and the narrator enhances than feel with his style of reading as well. I disliked the narrators style so much initially, I almost gave up on this one. The author could have done a better job building up the main character and some of the other characters as well. Especially given the fact other insignificant things were given more detail than they deserved. At times I felt like I was listening to a travel agent. You’ll have to listen to find out why. The story was somewhat predictable at times too and just plain not all that interesting. As I write this I am wondering why I gave it three stars?? It’s more like a 2.5 stars.
