The positives of this audio are the beautiful music that accompanies the spoken mantras. If you are looking for background music for mediation or an improved “spiritual space” it is very good. If passively listening to the mantras is what you are looking for this is a great audio. The one thing this series lacks is an introduction to teach or break down the mantras so that the listener can participate and pronounce them correctly. As mentioned in the description the “science of specific sound syllables” is lost on the participants who wish more than a listen and mumble what you think they are saying. I would recommend anything from Thomas Ashley-Farrand for those who wish to have it broken down and explained.
